About Me...
I began practicing Chinese martial art (kung Fu) in my late teens and it has changed my life positively in many different ways. Currently, I study and train Tai Ji Chuan, Ba Gua Zhang, Xing Yi Chuan, and Chi Gong. My focuses in tai chi practice are traditional Yang style, Sun style, competition forms, weapons and various chi gong exercises. My focus in Ba Gua Zhang (Sha Style) is Jiang’s old eight palms, linked form, and supplemental exercises. My Xing Yi Chuan (Sha/He style) practices include the five elements and twelve animals.
I believe that studying kung fu is a life long commitment. I continue to learn and train kung fu principles to improve not only for my self but to share the knowledge with my kung fu brothers/sisters and students. My goal is to preserve and share the many benefits from studying kung fu.
I want to thank everybody who supported me and continue to help me improve in martial arts. I feel very fortunate to have met great teachers and friends in the martial arts community, and hope to meet more to build positive camaraderie amongst martial artists in the future.
